Cancellation Policy
If appointment is canceled within 48 hours, 50% of service total will be charged. If appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, a 25% rescheduling fee will be charged. All no-show appointments will be charge 100% of service total, with a minimum fee of $50! If you are more than 10 minutes late to appointment, without any communication, this is considered no-showing. Therefore the card on file will be charged for full service total. Adjustments may not be made to appointment services booked within this 48 hours as a specific amount of time has been reserved for you.
